Short Documentary • 2015
For over thirty years, dozens of people made their home on the Albany Bulb, a former landfill adjacent to Albany, CA in the San Francisco Bay. In a 2014 legal settlement with the City of Albany, residents were required to leave their homes on the Bulb in exchange for $3,000 each. Residents who refused the settlement were forcibly removed, and their homes destroyed. This is their story.
